Kenia Vanessa Lechuga was born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, on June 16th, 1994, is a Mexican lightweight rower . She is part of the Mexican rowing delegation, she is the first and only rowing athlete to win a medal in a sub 23 world cup. She is currently considered the best in the discipline in Mexico and seventh woman in the ranking worldwide.

She is studying Sports Organization at the Universidad Autonoma in Nuevo León.  She is 4 ft 5 in tall and weighs 130 lb.
